House Rules

- Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. A deep cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking inside the house.
- Please flush only toilet paper. The septic system cannot handle anything else - even if it it says "flushable".
- Use of the lake and kayaks at your own risk. By using them you agree to not hold us responsible for any losses or damages. All children must be supervised and use lifejackets.
- Please be respectful of the area and the neighbors. Keep outside noise at a minimum after 10pm.
- Please keep the wifi modem and router connected. Cell service at the lake can be spotty.
- If you bring pets, please clean up after them in the yard. Pets cannot sleep in beds. A deep cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for evidence of pets in beds.
- No parties please.
- Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement.
- Security Deposit Required of up to $250. Deposit to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card.
- Minimum age to rent is 21.
